Steve Austin commits to provide a method of securing parent representatives both for the SBM and the SSC.
Rosanne Altin committed to secure students for both Councils from the student body at large, and not just from Leadership.

$15,000 for the year for ACE. As an intervention for students.
As motioned by EA.
Discussion about the value based on data.
LC suggests that 3 day is much more powerful, and that the ACE programme is positive.
MC Buses will be provided to assist in the follow up
EA This is the last year for the 20C Grant. Which will stop the KYCC Drop In Center.

Where is the Z time coming from for the Testing Coordinator.
1133? Is at the limit with lower numbers coming in. Because Green Dot, etc
Today we gained 5 more only
Therefore we will have to buy teachers from 1133 to cover positions (or lose people)
Therefore College Counselor, Testing Coordinator, Tech Coordinator.
JTR can we balance out the Z time for these positions?
Is 20K enough for Teacher X time
Teacher X time is for tutoring,
RA Is there compensation available for assisting Leadership support?
EA The T1 coordinator said not applicable to T1 budget or the Single Plan for Student Achievement.
Can we ask for a report from Coordinators and a report from JN re possibilities re Leadership Support.
JTR we have to find ADA for 18 teachers?
Aug 3 is norm day.
MC Some of the issues may come from accounting difficulties.

Money from TA Relief, CPA Z Time, and General and Non Cap Equipment to cover for a School Psychologist for 1 day a week for 1 year.
Justified by an update page, re acculturation issues andother psychological impacts of immigration and language issues.
Approved and carried unanimously.
RA ask permission and approval for the Ojai Foundation.
An anuual event. Should be $800 for the extended bus. Friday till Sat. Aug 17th and 18th.
EA not on the list for field trips. School District will not allow our buses to be used. There are restrictions which are new. An application has to be made to the District.
EA Therefore the trip has to be approved at a higher level before we OK it
EA Therefore a charter bus would be more likely.

TODO Re Norm day issue, and threat to 18 teachers. Now 360 No Shows
Accurate attendance accounting is needed.
