1. Elections
Lots were drawn for these from each constituent group
PARENT Ms Mateo
STUDENT Horacio Peter and Pamela
TEACHERS Khudyan, JTR, Lala
We need an alternate for the out of cr position.
TODO run an election. MS Anthony
FN A Track Students election?
JN Election for parents on Aug 16 or Aug 30th Second meeting of ELAC and CEAC. (according to S Austin)
FP We run TEACHER elections Aug/Sept. Cross over of tracks
TODO Follow up with Seigle’s request. FN Out of Magnets Budget w FN approval.
3. Budget
A special request for 2 additional deans, a Testing Coordinator, Bao (cannot be paid from Title One)
PSA 114K
2 deans, plus Testing Coordinator 230K
1 AP (SIF) 90K as a flexi time
EA Remaining is 500K
RA PSA 1 from District??
EA NONE!!!
EA THEREFORE 3 from 1133.
1 Testing Coordinator from 1133
1 Prof Expert from 1133.
Cynthia Headrick SIF will be “on loan” and may have to be picked up. If we create a position for her to confirm her to be here 100% of the time.

TODO Dr Choe to present budgets to SSC in July 2007.
1133 presentation from EA.
Can we publish these budgets to the school?
Can we put them on line? YES
TODO bring digital documents of any presentations to the Secretary for easy and efficient posting to the blog to facilitate accountability and participation.

4. HK Edwards and Students present to SSC for field trip and funding request
