FP Parent reps are not in attendance MM because of illness, and JC will be absent inthe future because of an illness also.

May 2 the t1 budget will be submitted

ELL Coordinator SA met with us to demonstrate that he will help us to meet our objectives as a school, by coveruing some positions and field tris and any other needs that we may have
Another needs assessment may be distributed
FN Swap outs from ELL to help cover the HPSG which will be used to purchase supplies for Technology and Title One

SA to JN how much do you have for supplies NOW
JN it is deplited now
SA frdb has not been updated for 3 months. Do we have a window to the new resources? Is the new system available?

SA How much money can we spend now?
RF have we tranfered the money from Title 1 to Transformational to civer the Counselling Office
FN That money for the 15 CO machines will come from the Transforation Fund AKA SuperIntendants Fund.
FP should we look at purchasing the rolling carts like Angela Farley. Estimated price between 500(DG) and 5000(JM)
RA what about file cabinets? Can we not use those?
JC what papers and materials are you talking about?
FP posters, materials, everything for a classroom
RA Materials 4000USD for a renovation for parent welcoming, banner plants, cabinets.
JC What money paid for the furniture/student desks
RF from the central district fund

FP can we use 1133 for facilities? Does that include desks?
